Entrainment Therapy

 

Electric signals are naturally expressed in certain thoughts, feelings and actions within all living organisms. Too much or too little of these electric signals can have negative effects. Methods using sound or electromagnetic wave stimulation may help with vital processes by improving the nerve impulses that affect consciousness, emotion, physical and mental activity. Psycho-acoustics - The frequency specific styles of music such as Solfeggio, Binaural, Monaural, Isochronic beats influence the sensory response of the human auditory system  to sync the brain to favorable neural impulse patterns.  These waves are categorized as:

​Beta (15-40 hertz) This is the frequency of heightened Awareness, analytical thinking, making decisions, focus, concentration, and alertness.

 

Alpha (between 9-14 hertz) This is the frequency of the calm state of being alert, meditative, insightful, and creative. 

 

Theta (between 5-8 hertz) This is the frequency of the Twilight state of deep relaxation, meditation and subconscious processing.  

 

Delta (between 1.5-4 hertz) This is the frequency of deep sleep and where the subconscious processes of healing takes place.
